Manufacturing Planning System

To ensure efficient use of production resources, an manufacturing planning system is utilised. Assembly areas are segregated into the main product groups; standard pumps, industrial fire pumps, contractors pumps and engineered products. The machine shop is planned in cell layout with individual cells specialising in types, or ranges of components. Test Facility

Testing, including witness testing, of all Versar's range of pumps is performed at Versar's own extensive in-house test facility. The main test area has a 500 thousand litre test tank with a depth of 6 metres. It can test pressures up to 20 bar, flows up to 600 l/s and powers up to 400kW at 415V.
